Executive Assessment

The Bluewrasse Executive Assessment is a structured process that helps our clients develop a strategy for improving performance and agility through the application of business process management.

The Executive Assessment consists of a number of short fact finding interviews, workshops and analysis with a follow-up meeting to ensure the proposed strategy fits your business. The entire process takes only four to six weeks to complete (effort varies based on complexity and quality of existing information).
